Beef Goulash with noodles
- 1 large onion
- 2 lbs beef chuck cut into 1/2" to 1" cubes
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp red vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 package egg noodles
In 4 Qt. pot saute onions in oil for approximately 3 minutes or until soft. Meanwhile dredge meat in flour. Brown cubes Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes. Served over cooked noodles.
